Everyone deserves their very own judgment free zone. A place where they can speak freely, feeling seen, heard, and understood. A place where they can discover their patterns and meet their very own inner advocate. Life is filled with uninvited stressors but we can find the path to calm resulting in skills that enable lifelong growth.

Angelique Vito, LMHC
Hello and welcome! I am a mental health counselor who is passionate about helping others become the best version of who they are meant to be. I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults who deal with surviving trauma. I have a sub-specialty in working with people challenged with anxiety, depression and anger management. My approach in session is to integrate mindfulness into our cognitive behavioral work together. This collaboration between us works to address difficulties and also at the same time, highlight strengths. In addition, I can offer a unique perspective if you or your loved one is challenged with a disability.
Recovery from any hardship can evolve from being able to connect to the self, and then in turn with others. Our work will bring opportunity in addressing emotional or mental blocks in achieving the ability to be open, vulnerable, and transparent; and in communicating with peers, family, and significant others.
My belief is that we can recover from what life hands us. Our struggle has value and that value can empower us to achieve all we want out of our time in the here and now. I am waiting to connect with you and begin the work together that can hopefully offer a new perspective and healing! I look forward to hearing from you!

The relationship we have with ourselves is a crucial factor for how we show up in our relationships. With my guidance, I can assist you in building confidence, practicing self-compassion, and managing interpersonal conflict. Using an eclectic combination of CBT and Humanistic approaches, we’ll work together to understand the relationship between your body and your mind. It’s through that foundation that we will then be able to gain insight into unhelpful thinking patterns, and equip you with the necessary skills so that you can continue living life to your fullest potential.
I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, childhood trauma (C-PTSD), and other mood disorders. Whether the experiences you’d like to address lie in the past or the present, we’ll collaborate together to create an individualized treatment plan to help you reach your wellness goals. By taking a look inwards, we can work to heal inner wounds and cultivate a revitalized sense of living. I hope to help you recognize your power and find your inner voice. Therapy is a powerful process, I look forward to joining you in this revelatory experience!

Kristen Haller, LMHC-PL
Hi, I’m Kristen—a mental health therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with resilience, compassion, and strength. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Clark University, where I played lacrosse and basketball. I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Adelphi University. My background in competitive sports—having played varsity basketball, lacrosse, and field hockey at Commack High School—shaped my understanding of mental toughness, performance pressure, and personal growth, which led to my interest and passion in sports performance counseling.
In my practice, I also work closely with clients of all ages on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, substance use, and more. With two sisters who served in the military, I’m deeply attuned to the importance of breaking the stigma around mental health, especially in high-pressure environments. My goal is to create a relaxed, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and supported. Whether you’re working through past experiences or present struggles, we’ll move forward together—toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.
